Services Policy

1 - By entering into a paid service with Saltroad, you confirm that you are the child’s primary caregiver/guardian, or have permission from the child’s parent/carer to receive advice on their behalf.

2 - Once the day and time for an appointment has been scheduled, Saltroad requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange the appointment.

3 - If appointments are cancelled or a request is made to rearrange a session with less than 24 hours notice, this will be subject to an additional £20 charge.

4 - A grace period of up to 5 minutes will be allowed for clients to join scheduled appointments. If you arrive after this, the duration of the session will be reduced accordingly (e.g. if the session should have been 30 minutes and you join the video call 10 minutes late, you will only receive a 20 minute session).

5 - Refunds cannot be offered for delivered services.
